how do you tell someone you love them

and convince them you're serious? without actually saying i seriouly am in love with you, i have no idea i tell him i love him but he dosen;t know i love him love him... he think its only a friendship thinmg in all honesty its really far more to me... and it kills me to know he has no idea! what do i do?

So, from what I can undestand, you've already said "I love you" but he thought it was in a friendlike way?
If you haven't told him at all yet, I'd consider just telling him how you feel, that it's more than friendship to you...Do something fun and don't make the moment too "awkward", try to be cool about it, although you feel like your heart/head might explode...Also tell him that you don't want this to be a bummer for your friendship or so.

Another thing might be a letter or so. Preferably not an email/text message. That seems a bit unpersonal, no?

My boyfriend is the only person I've told I loved them (even though I've wanted to say it to a few people)... even though he had said it to me first it was still so difficult to say it. I was so nervous but it made him happy and I knew it would and that was worth it and meant I was able to actually say it. Hats off for telling someone who was just a friend, I doubt I'd ever be able to.
